Ivan has over 18 years of experience in consulting projects, in non-governmental, corporate and private organizations. Management of international consulting projects, development and implementation of corporate strategic communications, mediation in corporate conflicts, building coalitions of players in the markets and lobbying were important topics that Ivan has been working on since 2002.

Over the past 10 years, Ivan, on the sidelines of  consulting activities, developed and conducted trainings, workshops and public speeches on working with information and critical thinking.

Ivan has the certificates of a facilitator and a third neutral party in resolving conflicts of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, and is also a graduate of the Responsible Leadership program of Aspen Institute in Kiev.
