Florin Radulescu has been an Ascendis consultant since February 2002, and a Partner since 2008.
Within Ascendis, he leads extensive projects for skills development, from the project stage of the content and adaptation to the specific target group, ensuring support in the process of refining the methods and activities used, as well as the delivery of the programs.
His professional experience includes delivering over 750 training sessions to more than 9,500 people. The programs delivered contain subjects on general management, change management, sales and sales management, coaching for performance, leadership, emotional intelligence, skills for purchasers, accounts payable collecting, influence and persuasion. Intra- and inter-personal skills development are the most approached themes in the programs that he facilitates.
What motivates him are people open to the new, who come to the classroom aiming to capitalize their own time and the experience of those who are present, in order to learn and improve themselves.
He is an engineer. Before being an entrepreneur, he worked in telecommunications.
