Elena has been a managing partner and business trainer of Ascendis Ukraine since 2019.

Thanks to 17 years of professional experience in international companies FMCG and Automotive, Elena has high skills in all aspects of marketing, marketing management, strategic planning, sales, organizational development, partnership development, entrepreneurship, management and human resources.

Elena has held various senior management positions for more than 10 years. Therefore, in Ascendis she freely manages various training projects – from the stage of content design to adaptation to the target group characteristics.

Elena dreams of building the best team of Ascendis trainers and consultants in Ukraine, as well as making a significant contribution to corporate L&D in Ukraine.
